What should I prepare for my discovery call?
All I need for the discovery call is yourself. If you have any health goals, please share these with me on the day. I will ask you some questions about yourself and your health and talk you through how I can help you.
How can I start working with you?
Following the discovery call, you can chose one of my packages to get you journey started. You can either book this at the end of your discovery call, online, using the 'book online' tab, or by contacting me directly.

Once your package is paid for, we can arrange the individual session dates.
Do you offer group consultations or workshops?
Currently, I do not provide this service, but if there is something specific which you would like to ask about, then please get in touch through my contact form.

How do I know which package to chose?

The three packages provide varying levels of support. During your fertility health review call, we can discuss what you are looking to achieve and which one might fit into your life better. Each person is different so together, we can work out which is best for you.
